Dispatch and Delivery
As all our items at Tommy Swiss are large parcel items, we dispatch your item through courier companies. The easiest way to see how much the delivery cost is to your postcode region is to add the item to the shopping cart, where you will then see our shipping calculator located on our shopping cart page. Simply enter in the postcode of your delivery address to see how much the amount is.
For certain items there are shipping discounts for multiple items, so make sure you double check with our shipping calculator!
What happens when my item has left Tommy Swiss?
When your item has left our headquarters to be delivered to your doorstep, you will be issued a despatch notice with courier telephone details and item tracking number so that you can contact the courier company to arrange appropriate delivery date.
Do I need to be at home when the item is delivered?
Yes. This is because all our items are delivered via registered post through our network of courier companies. Thus, someone will need to be present upon arrival to sign on your behalf for the package.
What happens if I'm not there when delivery is attempted?
If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the courier company will leave a card with a contact telephone number and tracking number. You will then need to contact the courier company and either collect from the nearest depot or rearrange delivery
